Creamy celery tuber puree

(for 4 people)

  • 1 large tuber of celery
  • 4 potatoes
  • Greek yogurt
  • butter
  • milk
  • salt
  • nutmeg

#1 Peel the celery tuber and potato and cut them into cubes. Place the vegetables in a bowl of salted boiling water, cover with a lid and cook for 30-40 minutes. Pour off excess water from the container.

How to take a dish to a higher level?

#2 Add 50g of butter, 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of milk and a pinch of nutmeg and salt to the cooked vegetables. Take Blend with a hand blender to a fine texture.

Creamy celeriac puree goes perfectly with fish and meat dishes.
